Category Control Tab
The Category Control Tab is where you can control and prioritize all of the categories your meals may be filed under. This is also where you may easily move a set of meals from one category to another. If a button is greyed out, this means that the function that button performs is unnecessary and, therefore, unavailable. If a key combination is given in parentheses (e.g. Alt+N), this means that you can hold down the 'Alt' key and press the 'n' key to cause that action to take place. Below is a screenshot of the Category Control Tab:
Meal Categories List
This contains the current list and order of categories your meal may be filed under. The list that appears here is the same list that appears in the Search Category Selector, Meal Category Selector, and Move Meals Selector.
New Category Entry
This is where you can enter new categories for your Meal Categories List. Type in the new category and either click on the Add Category Button or press Enter on your keyboard.
Add Category Button
After typing a category into the New Category Entry, click this button to have the category added to your Meal Categories List. Categories that are already in your list will not be added a second time. Categories are case-insensitive (i.e. 'Breakfasts' and 'breakfasts' are identical).
Move Category Up Button
Click this button to move the currently selected category in the Meal Categories List up one line.
Move Category Down Button
Click this button to move the currently selected category in the Meal Categories List down one line.
Remove Category Button
Click this button to remove the currently selected category in the Meal Categories List. You will be asked to confirm this. Any meals that are filed under the removed category will be re-filed under the 'Unfiled' category. The 'Unfiled' and 'All' categories cannot be removed.
Rename Category Entry
There is where you enter a new name for a category you've selected in the Meal Categories List. Type in the new category name and either click on the Rename Category Button or press Enter on your keyboard.

After typing a name into the Rename Category Entry, click this button to have the category renamed. Categories cannot be renamed to an existing category.
Number of Meals
This simply displays the number of meals that are filed in the category which is currently selected in the Meal Categories List.
Meals List
This contains the list of meals that are filed under the category which is currently selected in the Meal Categories List. Double-click a meal to view it in the Meal Control Tab. If you wish to move a set of meals from one category to another, highlight the meals you want to move by clicking on them, choose the category you want to move them to in the Move Meals Selector, and click the Move Meals Button.

After highlighting the meals you want to move in the Meals List, you must choose the category you want to move the meals to. Click the arrow on the right-hand side of the selector to bring up a list of categories and then click the category you want to move your meals into. Meals cannot be moved to the 'All' category.

After selecting the meals you want to move in the Meals List and picking a new category from the Move Meals Selector, click this button to move the meals to the new category.
